Chuck Case
Immediate Past President
Chuck was a United States Bankruptcy Judge for 19 years and in the private practice of law for 18 years in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a graduate of Harvard (B.A. cum laude) and Arizona State University College of Law (J.D. magna cum laude). Chuck has lectured at numerous universities, both in the United States and overseas, and has served as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Melikian Center on Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies at Arizona State University. He has taught, trained and consulted on issues of commercial law and judicial performance, ethics and administration on over 75 separate occasions in 24 countries and has spoken at over 100 legal conferences in the U.S. and dozens overseas. Chuck has been CIR’s Board President since January 2017.
