Corinne Collins
Board Member
Experienced nonprofit executive, fundraiser, board leader, strategic planner, community and relationship builder.
Prior to moving into the non-profit world, Corinne had international public health experience as well as executive leadership positions with a wide
variety of healthcare organizations, both nationally and internationally. She found her true calling, serving the last 13 years as the Executive Director of the Cancer Foundation for New Mexico. During her tenure the organization grew significantly both in terms of patient services provided and in fundraising revenue received. Under her leadership the Foundation’s Sweetheart Auction, previously held in one room in the Cancer Center, grew into one of the Santa Fe communities largest and most anticipated nonprofit annual events.
She has had extensive experience serving on Executive Committees, as well as Stewardship, Development, Marketing, Governance, Nominating, and Finance Committees.
Corinne received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s degree from the University of San Diego. She holds a Leadership Certificate for Nonprofit Chief Executives from Board Source.
Corinne is an active member of the community, currently serving on both the Cancer Foundation for New Mexico’s Board of Directors as well as the Community Advisory Board for the University of New Mexico’s Comprehensive Cancer Center. She and her husband, Dan, moved to Santa Fe in 2000. She is the proud parent of a 1 yr. old Boston Terrier, an avid reader and hiker, and a fledgling scuba diver.
