| JUDGE CHUCK CASE LECTURE ON INTERNATIONAL LAW HAROLD KOH, Sterling Professor of International Law, Yale Law School Thursday, October 27, 2022, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, Luncheon Program The Club at Las Campanas, 132 Clubhouse Dr., in Las Campanas The Board of Directors of Global Santa Fe recently announced the establishment of the Judge Chuck Case Lecture on International Law. This annual lecture will recognize and honor Chuck’s distinguished service to the legal profession and to Global Santa Fe (formerly the Santa Fe Council on International Relations), an education-based non-profit that ignites dialogue on critical world issues. The inaugural Judge Chuck Case Lecture will take place in Santa Fe on October 27, 2022. Mr. Case was a key volunteer for the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program and frequently discussed important legal issues relating to the rule of law, constitutional reform and human rights. We are thrilled that Harold Koh, one of the country’s leading experts on public and private international law, national security law and human rights, will deliver the first lecture. Formerly Dean of the Yale Law School, he is currently at Yale as the Sterling Professor of International Law. Professor Koh also served as Chief Legal Advisor to the U.S. Department of State and as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor. Luncheon includes a delicious Baja Buffet with Huarache, Grilled Mexican Fluke and Carne Asada Taco Station (vegetarian options available).
