Recognizing the importance of gaining work experience in international affairs, Global Santa Fe provides fall, summer, and spring internship opportunities for high school and university students in New Mexico and from around the world.
Commonly Asked Questions
Yes! High school and college interns are $12.50 per hour.
It depends! During the summer, high school interns are part-time, working an average of 20 – 30 hours per week. College interns typically work full-time, and can apply for opportunities year-round.
No. Applications are welcome from individuals currently enrolled in a high school or college program, have recently graduated, or have been out of school for less than 2 years.
Yes. However, preference will be given to students attending a high school or college located in New Mexico.
No. Global Santa Fe is unable to provide housing for summer interns. Housing and transportation are the responsibility of each intern.
Yes. We receive more internship applications than there are available positions. Fall and spring internships are less competitive than summer internships.
We offer internships throughout the year.
