Judge Chuck Case Lecture on International Law
The Judge Chuck Case Lecture on International Law recognizes and honors Chuck Case’s distinguished service to the legal profession and to Global Santa Fe (formerly the Santa Fe Council on International Relations). Your donation will make it possible for those attending the lecture in his honor to have the opportunity to meet and hear distinguished leaders in international law at a time when the basic legal rights of citizens are being challenged around the globe.
The inaugural Judge Chuck Case Lecture will take place in Santa Fe on October 27th. Harold Koh, one of the country’s leading experts on public and private international law, national security law, and human rights, will deliver the first lecture. Formerly Dean at Yale Law School, he is currently at Yale as the Sterling Professor of International Law. Professor Koh also served as Chief Legal Advisor to the U.S. Department of State and as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor.
